Photographer Chosen- Yay for Digs!

We met with only two photographers, and honestly that was one more than we expected to after leaving our interview of Digs. We met Derek and Rhiannon, the owners of Digs, after much playing lots of phone tag. We really liked their photo-journalistic style, and not just in their best of the best pictures. We looked at many of their albums and liked the general feel of their pictures. They weren't too posed, and had a good art-sy feel to it. They also offered a good selection of photo-albums, with many styles and sizes. One of the best things they said was instead of posing us they would tell us to walk a bit, for instance, and by the time we got there they would have the shots they were looking for.
We also met with Elegant Images, who did Steph & Kale's wedding a couple years ago. While we liked them fine, their pictures were much more posed and less artistic. Overall, it was an easy decision to go with Digs and we're thrilled to have them photograph our wedding!
